Shipping Methods and Rates
Economy Shipping
Base Rate: $8.95
Our economy shipping option provides reliable delivery at an affordable rate. This option uses standard ground shipping services.
- Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
- Tracking included
- Available for all domestic orders
Carrier-Calculated Shipping
For expedited shipping options, we offer carrier-calculated rates from major shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). These rates are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected service level
- Additional $5.00 handling fee
Note: All carrier-calculated rates include a $5.00 handling fee. The minimum shipping rate is $8.95, ensuring economy shipping is always the most affordable option.
Expedited Options
We offer various expedited shipping options:
- Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
- Express Mail: 1-2 business days
- Overnight: Next business day (if ordered before cutoff time)
Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service level.
Processing Time
Standard Orders
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Processing time may vary based on:
- Order complexity and customization requirements

- Peak season volumes
- Payment verification

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.

- Priority: 2-3 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
- Overnight: Next business day

International Shipping
Available Countries
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges imposed by customs.
International Delivery Times
International delivery times vary significantly by destination:
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Mexico: 10-18 business days
- Europe: 10-21 business days
- Asia Pacific: 14-28 business days
- Other Countries: 14-30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.
Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
Shipping Address
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Address Changes
Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at ink@inkcognito.com.
Package Insurance
All orders are automatically insured against loss or damage during shipping up to the value of the order. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Local Pickup
For customers in the Cincinnati, Ohio area, we offer local pickup at our warehouse location. When selecting local pickup at checkout, you will receive instructions on when and where to pick up your order.
